24" Deep Workbench

Our workbench runs the full width of the shed and is 24" deep. Perfect for a potting or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.

32" Deep Loft

Our storage loft runs the full width of the shed and is 32" deep. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like patio cushions or umbrellas.

Heavy Duty Ramp

We build them to withstand heavy loads. If you have a ride on mower or snow blower then you will want this ramp. The ramp boards can be upgraded to gray or brown composite.

Custom Painting

Exterior is painted with top of the line Benjamin Moore Aura Low Lustre. For an additional $150, you may enhance our custom painting service by selecting a secondary color specifically for the doors.

Bottom Skirt

The PVC trim is installed to cover the bandboards, enhancing the shed's overall aesthetic appeal.

Garden Shed Overhangs

The PVC trim is installed as a fascia board along the overhangs. Resulting in a sort of old world style where there's a 'pocket' under the overhang in addition to cleaning up the front edge.

Roof Pitch Upgrade

The higher pitch allows for more vertical storage space inside the shed when using lofts. The pitch for this option is roughly 8/12 from our standard shed pitch of 5/12. As a bonus, the garden shed overhang upgrade is included at no additional cost.

Wall Height

Our standard sheds come with 6.5-foot-tall side walls included in the base price. If you need extra vertical space, we also offer upgrades to 7-foot or 8-foot side walls to better suit your needs.

18" Wide Flower Boxes & 9x27" Shutters

Vinyl flower boxes and shutters are available in White, Black, Green, Maroon, Blue. No maintenance material and impervious to rot.

Transom Window Doors

Enhance the aesthetic and functionality of your shed with inset transom windows. These stylish additions not only elevate the visual appeal but also introduce essential natural light into the space.

Extra 18x27" Windows

The lower section of each window slides vertically and includes screens for ventilation. Windows are available in either white or brown. For sheds up to 80 square feet, one window is included in the base price of the shed. For sheds over 81 square feet, two windows are included in the base price of the shed.

Extra Set Of Double Doors

Two sets of double doors to allow for easier access into the shed. This can be helpful when you need to pull items from the far end of the space from the main door.

Diamond Plate Door Threshold

Aluminum tread plate is installed over the lip of the door threshold. This protects the plywood when transitioning items in and out of the shed.

Demo & Removal Service

We offer shed demo and removal service in our local area. The price is calculated by the total sq footage of the shed to be demolished. Example: 10x10 = 100sqft = $1000

Treated Plywood Flooring

Standard sheds are constructed with 3/4-inch untreated plywood flooring. Customers have the option to upgrade to 3/4-inch pressure-treated plywood upon request.

We typically do not use treated plywood as a standard due to its tendency to delaminate and swell over time, which is a consequence of the treatment process. However, for customers who anticipate frequent exposure to moisture from equipment such as mowers and snowblowers, the upgrade to treated plywood can be beneficial.
