Custom Shed Features & Pricing
You won't have to worry about taking down fences or having trucks drive over your lawn. We hand carry all shed materials in through your gate.
We level your shed on solid cement blocks making sure the base does not directly come in contact with the ground. This ensures years of service without rot or insect damage.
We utilize 2x6 floor joists sheathed with 3/4" plywood in all our sheds, whereas most competitors use 2x4s and 1/2" plywood. This results in exceptionally strong floors that are built to stand the test of time.
We frame all our walls with top-choice 2x4 studs, meticulously hand-selecting each piece to ensure superior quality. Unlike other builders or kits that utilize bulk materials that can result in warped, twisted, or knotted lumber, we prioritize excellence in every board. Our wood construction is designed to withstand wind and snow loads, providing a robust alternative to metal, resin, and plastic sheds.
Our doors have a locking tee handle with keys. This ensures your belongings are locked and safe.
We include gable air vents in all our sheds to ensure optimal ventilation and airflow throughout the interior, a feature that some companies charge extra for.
We offer a choice of five popular shingle colors to choose from. Architectural shingles have a unique three-dimensional texture built into them that makes them much sturdier than other types of asphalt shingles. They can withstand more than double the wind speed of 3-tab shingles.
Our shed walls are constructed using LP SmartSide, an exterior-grade panel that comes pre-primed in a natural tan color. This material is treated to resist water absorption and repel insects, ensuring long-lasting durability.
Our sheds have a 4" overhang around the roofline to help keep the shed dry in bad weather.
In older sheds, the trim boards are often the first to deteriorate. To prevent this, we exclusively use PVC trim boards in our sheds. These boards are maintenance-free, never requiring paint, and are impervious to rot.
Standard window size is 18x27 inches. The lower portion of each window is designed to slide vertically, incorporating screens to facilitate ventilation. In contrast, competitor windows are often fixed glass and are not operapable.
We provide our customers with the flexibility to customize the positioning and orientation of all windows and doors.
Each shed is handcrafted by the company owner, guaranteeing the highest personal standards in every build. Customers have direct access to the owner for any questions or concerns before, during, and after the construction process.
