We level your shed on solid cement blocks, a service included in the shed's price. A cement block foundation offers a cost-saving of over $500 compared to alternative methods. If the homeowner prefers a different base, they are welcome to prepare it before our arrival.
Please ensure there is a minimum of 2 feet of clearance around each wall of the shed site. This allows for a smooth installation process and provides adequate space for our team to work efficiently.
We use premium Benjamin Moore Aura Low Lustre paint for all our sheds. You can choose any color from the Benjamin Moore Paint Colors collection or compare samples at a local distributor.
Select a primary color for your shed, and we will apply it to both the siding and doors. Additionally, we offer an optional service to paint the doors in a different secondary color. Simply inform us of your color choices and we will handle the rest.
We primarily serve Monroe County and its surrounding areas, including Webster, Ontario, Penfield, Fairport, Pittsford, Henrietta, Victor, and Rochester. If your location falls outside these regions, please reach out to us. We are always eager to expand our presence into new areas!
We advise checking with your local township office to understand the requirements for placing a shed on your property before making a purchase. You may need to follow specific guidelines regarding "setback" requirements, which dictate the shed's placement relative to front, side, and rear property lines, as well as utility easements.
Since regulations vary by municipality, we cannot provide specific advice on these requirements. We are often asked to provide building specifications and proof of insurance for the permit process, and we are happy to assist as needed. However, it is the property owner's responsibility to address these regulatory matters.
